Photos and Description of this Hamilton Reserve holiday house 2.5 bath, fully air conditioned, furnished to high standard including DVD & PS2

Within the villa, the front lounge has comfortable seating for five and is adjacent to the dining area, which seats eight people. The spacious and airy kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and is adjacent to the breakfast area and relaxing pool-side lounge. Here are two large comfy sofas (one being a double sofa bed), a large 32' LCD cable TV, a DVD player and a PS2. All three bedrooms are upstairs and the master suite, with king size bed and cable TV, has a large en-suite which includes a bath, toilet, separate shower cubicle, his and hers wash basins and a large walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is en-suite to a shared bathroom and has a queen size bed, a fitted double wardrobe and cable TV. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, a fitted double wardrobe and is en-suite to a shared bathroom. Outside, the large private pool (heated) has plenty of sunbathing/dining space and sun beds and chairs.

This luxury home is set in a very quiet residential neighbourhood and within easy reach of all the Disney theme and water parks, Universal, Sea World etc. The Buena Vista Shopping Mall is about a 5 minutes drive and a further 10 minutes will get you to the Premium Outlets Mall. Further retail therapy can be found at the extensive Florida Mall and Festival Bay, both of which are also easily accessible. Tennis enthusiasts can use the nearby community court (walking distance) and there are numerous golf courses just a short distance away. Cocoa beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about an hour to the east whilst the Gulf Coast and its resorts are under 2 hours to the west.

    Pool heat is included between October and March.

    Includes unlimited calls to US and Canadian telephone numbers (excludes premium rate numbers, collect calls, reverse charge calls, special service numbers, etc).

    Any other requirements can usually be arranged by our Management company who are local and just a phone call away.

    Stays for 5 nights or less have an additional cleaning charge of $75.
    Discounts are given to stays of 21 nights or more.

    A security deposit is required at the time of reservation. This can either be US$250 or £150 and is returned within 14 days after the end of your rental period proividing there is no damage or breakages.

    The rental fee is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the commencement of your rental period.
