Green Sea Apartment 533 is built on 2 floors, with 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a large lounge (double sofa bed) with dining area, separate fully fitted kitchen (with washing machine) & a cloakroom on the ground floor. There is a remote control air conditioning system & plasma TV with built in DVD player. On the outside it boasts a large private garden and sun lounge area, which is attractively paved throughout.The apartment sleeps up to 4 - 5 persons comfortably, and is therefore suited to both couples and families. Among the wide range of services offered for your enjoyment, there are: 3 adult swimming pools, 2 children’s pools, a solarium with sun-beds and parasols, a games room, an Internet room, a pool-bar with billiard tables, a saloon-bar, tennis court and mini-golf course. There is also an excellent restaurant with a buffet service, and a wide variety of meals drinks and cocktails are available at the pool-bar as well as the other local attractions.

The Green Sea Aparthotel complex is about 30km from the airport in the beautiful resort of Playa las Burras. It is only 500m from the coast,with beautiful beaches such as Playa de Las Burras(4mins wlk),Playa San Agustin(10mins walk) and Playa del Ingles(20mins wlk) nearby.It is situated in an attractive peaceful area with good connections to the main town of Las Palmas and there are some useful shopping centers within easy reach.The closest being San Agustin Shopping Centre (4mins wlk) which has many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, shops, arcades, banks, chemists, a post office and a catholic church. It is a very pleasant walk along the promenade or a short bus or taxi ride to Playa del Ingles where there are more shopping centres and the nightlife.You are also in prime location to go on excursions to some of the other nearby resorts like Maspalomas(dunes),Mogan and Puerto Rico(sport fishing) to the South and Playa del Aguila and Pozo Izquierdo (windsurf hotspot) to the North.

The Master bedroom has french windows onto a small balcony. The second bedroom has widows that open out overlooking the private patio garden.

Please note...: Green Sea Aparthotel is comprised of privately owned appartments. Some are managed by the owners, others are managed by tour operators. Currently the tour operator that had been managing some of the properties is experiencing difficulties and some of the resort facilities are currently not available. ( eg. the onsite buffet restaurant, pool bar ) This also has it´s positive effects. The pool will be much quieter, with no poolside music or noisy activities and there should be no problem obtaining a sun lounger as has been experienced at peak times. Please note the communal gardens and swimming pools are still being kept clean and maintained. We cannot be held responsible if the availability of onsite facilities has changed at your time of booking or occupation.
