Arrival: St. Aygulf is located between Cannes (30 km) and St. Tropez (28 km). Highway exit Frejus and further towards St. Tropez (N 98). The lone-standing house is located in a grown, well-kept villa region in a peaceful, central location (cul de sac) near the sea (3 min. on foot). The apartment with a terrace also has an exotic garden with old trees that give off shade equipped with loungers and chairs for relaxation. Furthermore, the garden offers the option to go grilling with the dining space next to a small romantic water fountain. In a few minutes walk you can get to the city centre with shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes and typical French markets and small marinas. The nearby beach, on request, offers small cliffy bays, ideal for snorkelers and as an alternative to a km long beach between St. Aygulf and Frejus. Enjoy the rich recreational selection for water sport and nature lovers.
