Additional information about rental rates

  • Our rates include complimentary pick up to and from the airport. Daily housekeeping and laundry. Use of all of the amenities within the villa. A mid-week bedding change. Toiletries in the bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor towels.

    Meals can be prepared by a chef as required - please call to discuss. Daily fresh breakfasts can also be prepared if required, again please call to discuss your requirements.

    At the time of the booking we take a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We also require a €1,000 fully-refundable security and damages deposit when the balance of your payment is due.

    Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before your arrival date you will just lose your deposit. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks no refund will be made.

    Early bird discount:
    You will get a 10% discount if your booking is made more than 365 days before your arrival.

    Long-stay discount:
    10% for your third week or part thereof on a continuous long-stay booking
    20% for your forth or subsequent weeks on a continuous long-stay booking

  • The bathrooms are designed in a clean and contemporary style. They are all very spacious and light with floor to ceiling opening doors and windows allowing the sun and cool winds to flow through. They are all marble lined, with solid marble sinks carved by hand.

  • All five bedrooms are large and luxurious, fully equipped with both air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans. The mattresses are very high quality ensuring a wonderful nights sleep. The linen is also the finest Egyptian cotton. They all have personal mini bar facilities and spacious marble finished bathrooms furnished with both large showers and double ended baths. In addition, three of the bedrooms also have an private open air bathroom. Four of the bedrooms have private balcony/terrace, two of the bedrooms also have a double sofa bed in additional to the main king-size bed. All have separate seating/sofa.

Once in a lifetime experience - superb

Phuket is a lovely island, with warm seas, great food and friendly people. Baan Chirawan at Sri Panwa is the luxurious cherry on top of the cake. When we awoke we had a panoramic view of the sea and the islands. It was a once in a lifetime experience (until the next morning). Many hotels and villas claim they have views, but I have never experienced anything like this. Highly recommended. We were also looked after and made to feel very welcome by all the staff - nothing was ever too much trouble. Martyn & Nicki

Baan Chirawan has the most incredible view I have ever seen. Really breathtaking throughout the day. The sunsets are just so spectacular. Sometimes the sky turns reds, pinks and mauves, othertimes we just have a big yellow/red ball from the setting sun. With a cocktail or a glass of wine, the terraces of Baan Chirawan are about the most perfect place to be to watch the sun set. it was so wonderful, we checked availability and extended our trip to a month....
