The villa offers breath-taking panoramic views from all bedrooms, living areas, and around the large pool. A large ultra modern kitchen is finished off with polished granite tops. The formal dining area which leads on to the light and airy lounge, with beautiful 5m high vaulted ceilings. The master suite comes complete with private terrace, dressing area and an exquisite stone and marble finished en suite bathroom. All the suites/bedrooms have similar ensuite bathrooms which are again finished to the same exquisite standards. The charming town of San Pedro with over 200 café’s and restaurants, fine sandy beaches and seafront promenade is just 5 minutes away. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club designed by Severiano Ballesteros, which also boasts a two driving ranges, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis, Pro-shop, restaurant, cafe and a children's play area. Additional information about rental rates

  • • At the time of the booking we take a 20% deposit plus €1000 fully refundable security and damages deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

    • Our rates include:-
    o Complimentary use of all of the amenities within the villa.
    o A mid-week bedding change.
    o Toiletries in the bathrooms.
    o Indoor and outdoor towels.

    • Daily maid service of two hours per day is mandatory. This is required for general household cleaning. This is charged at €15 euros per hour, from the day after your arrival up to and including the day of your departure.
  • • Additional cleaning can be arranged at €15 per each hour. It is recommended to contract at least 4 hours per day. You will find having help greatly increases your enjoyment of your holiday at the villa. You may add from 1 to 6 hours of additional cleaning help. Our staff can help you with all tasks such as: washing and ironing clothes, making bedrooms, washing dishes and helping you to prepare food, and serving your guests. All cleaning charges must be agreed and paid for in advance of your rental.Daily housekeeping and laundry can also be arranged at €15 per hour.

    • Meals can be prepared by a chef as required, also daily fresh breakfasts can also be prepared if required.
  • NOISE DISTURBANCE
    Our properties are all located within exclusive private locations. We therefore request you respect our neighbours and keep your noise to acceptable levels. If you with to play music in the evenings then please do so but inside with the doors closed. Loud music should not be played after 10.30 pm and never outside of the house. Please keep background music to talking levels when outside. Failure to observe these rules could result in immediate eviction in severe cases and/or loss of your security deposit.

    DAMAGES
    Anything damaged, spoilt or broken will be charged. This will be on top of our €40 per hour charge for time, labour, travel, telephone, shipping and any additional work required to fix, repair or replace broken or damaged items in time for our next client.
    Any items having to be purchased will be replaced with 'like for like', same quality and standard.

  • All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, except in the apartment where the private bathroom is shared. Each bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and finished with the finest Italian marble, chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury bath and hand towels. Bathrooms 1,2 and 5 have both large showers, containing both an overhead rain shower as well as a wall shower. They also have sunken double-ended baths for a long relaxing soak. Bathrooms 3, 4, 6 and 8 have large walk-in showers, with both rain and wall showers. Bathroom 7 is a guest toilet. Bathroom 8 is within the indoor heated pool and spa area, it also includes a changing area and has a 6/8 person sauna.

  • All seven bedrooms are large and luxurious, fully equipped with air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans, solid-wooden furniture, and were sympathetically decorated with pictures and ornaments by internationally renowned designers Hamilton Interiors. All 5 bedrooms in the main villa have dressing tables, and comfortable seating. All of the bedrooms also enjoy a private balcony/terrace or direct garden access through opening double-doors. All the beds have luxury memory-foam mattresses, plus we use the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury pillows. A wonderful nights sleep is assured! Bedrooms 1,2 and 5 are suites with separate sofa and armchairs to allow you to work or dine in privacy within your room. Their is also an independent luxury 2-bedroom apartment, with separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen, living and private terrace. This can sleep 6 persons. Bedrooms 3 and 4 easily fit in a third single bed.

LOCATION: A five minute drive away is. San Pedro, a typical Spanish town with unspoilt beach, lovely palm lined promenade with a variety of restaurants and a weekly market. For the younger ones there is Selwo Nature and Adventure Park, two Aqua Parks and a Theme Park, all close by. Ronda is a 20 minute drive with its Ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and breathtaking gorge while Gibraltar can be reached in only 45 minutes. Within 21?2 hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing at Sierra Nevada or visit Cordoba, Seville, Morocco or Granada on a comfortable day trip. Sailing, walking, horse riding, cycling and all water sports are also available close by. This location will not fail to impress even those with the most discerning tastes, please book early to avoid disappointment!

LARGE PARTIES : For larger parties please note this villa has two sister villas in the same urbanisation which can collectively accommodate up to 32 or 48 persons making it the perfect location for a wedding, corporate event or family function.

Ski:

The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about two hours away, and is open from November to May. It contains over 100kms of pistes and at 3,400 metres high offers the best skiing in Spain. It is ideal to tie a few days skiing with a trip with the Alhambra Palace in Granada.

Golf:

The villa is ideally situation right in the heart of Spain's golfing centre. In fact the nearest golf course is less than 5 minutes away, there are 10 within 10 minutes, and within 30 minutes there are over 30 courses.

Dream Wedding Venue

We got married at Gran Villa San Pietro and have to say how much we enjoyed our stay, everyone was amazed at how beautiful the villa was and in particular the breathtaking views, they are all suggesting anniversary trips !
The wedding went so well, far beyond what we expected and we both had the most fantastic memorable day. Thank you all !

Beautiful Villa

The villa was exactly as described on the website, extremely spacious, well equipped, but also bery quiet and relaxing. The staff work with a smile and are extremely helpful. The bedrooms and bathrooms in particular are large and fantastically well appointed.Built to a very high standard and I would highly recommend to any of my family, friends or colleagues.
