Casa San Bernardo is set in beautiful landscaped gardens complete with outstanding water features. The newly constructed the villa has every modern amenity. Offering air conditioning throughout as well as central heating to take the chill out off Christmas holidays. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms both with ensuites, a large airy and fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room for 12/14. The living/dining room has a wall mounted 50' HD Plasma TV, Blu-Ray, DVD, sat box & full Sky. On the first floor there are a further 4 double bedrooms all with luxury ensuite bathrooms finished in Italian marble, double-ended baths, and large walk-in showers. There is a very large 20 x 12m feature pool complete with a Tropical Island, stunning views and underwater seating. Adjacent to the main pool is the heated Jacuzzi. There is also a table tennis table for the kids and a gym area to stay fit while topping up your tan. Complete with Wifi, plus daily maid service available.

Casa San Bernardo is located on one of the premier private suburbs of the Costa del Sol, the ultra-exclusive El Madronal, with 24-hour gated access. This location is less than ten minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designer shops. The charming town of San Pedro with over 200 café’s and restaurants, fine sandy beaches and seafront promenade is just 5 minutes away. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club designed by Severiano Ballesteros, which also boasts a two driving ranges, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis, Pro-shop, resturant, cafe and a children's play area. The 18 hole par 72, with views through the valley to the Mediterranean and North Africa beyond, constitutes golf at its very best. The are infact over 30 golf courses with a 30 minute drive from the villa, and 10 in less than 10 minutes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our rates include complimentary use of all of the amenities within the villa. A mid-week bedding change. Toiletries in the bathrooms and both indoor and outdoor towels. Meals can be prepared by a chef as required, also daily fresh breakfasts can also be prepared if required. Daily housekeeping and laundry can also be arranged at €15 per hour.

    At the time of the booking we take a 20% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. We also require a €1,000 fully-refundable security and damages deposit when the balance of your payment is due.

    Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before your arrival date you will just lose your deposit. Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks 50% and less than 4 weeks no refund will be made.
  • Early bird discount:
    You will get a 10% discount if your booking is made more than 365 days before your arrival.

    Long-stay discount:
    10% for your third week or part thereof on a continuous long-stay booking
    20% for your forth or subsequent weeks on a continuous long-stay booking

  • All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and finished with Italian marble, and chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury bath and hand towels. Bathrooms 1 to 5 have both large showers, containing both an overhead rain shower as well as a wall shower. They also have sunken double-ended baths for a long relaxing soak. Bathroom 6 has a large walk-in shower, but no bath as well. Bathroom 7 is a guest toilet.

  • All six bedrooms are large and luxurious, fully equipped with both air conditioning and handmade teak ceiling fans. They offer truly breath-taking views. The have solid-wooden furniture, and were sympathetically decorated with pictures and ornaments by internationally renowned designers Hamilton Interiors. Five of the bedrooms have private balcony/terrace. All the beds have luxury memory-foam mattresses, plus we use the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury goose-down pillows. Synthetic/hollow-fibre pillows are also available. A wonderful nights sleep is assured!

Notes: The facilities available are all new. For example the outside furniture is the latest designer all-weather weaved rattan with highly padded cushions, ideal for spending all day by the pool. We have two mountain bikes, but could arrange for another two given a days notice. The home cinema system is the latest, with surround sound, a 50-inch HD TV, with Blu-Ray HD player, plus a normal DVD player with in-built HD up scaling. The BBQ, is a large professional stainless steel gas powered model, operated with ease.

LOCATION: A five minute drive away is. San Pedro, a typical Spanish town with unspoilt beach, lovely palm lined promenade with a variety of restaurants and a weekly market. For the younger ones there is Selwo Nature and Adventure Park, two Aqua Parks and a Theme Park, all close by. Ronda is a 20 minute drive with its Ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and breathtaking gorge while Gibraltar can be reached in only 45 minutes. Within 21?2 hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing at Sierra Nevada or visit Cordoba, Seville, Morocco or Granada on a comfortable day trip. Sailing, walking, horse riding, cycling and all water sports are also available close by. This location will not fail to impress even those with the most discerning tastes, please book early to avoid disappointment!

LARGE PARTIES: For larger parties please note this villa has two sister villas in the same urbanisation which can collectively accommodate up to 32 or 48 persons making it the perfect location for a wedding, corporate event or family function.

Ski: The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about two hours away, and is open from November to May. It contains over 100kms of pistes and at 3,400 metres high offers the best skiing in Spain. It is ideal to tie a few days skiing with a trip with the Alhambra Palace in Granada.

Golf: The villa is ideally situation right in the heart of Spain's golfing centre. In fact the nearest golf course is less than 5 minutes away, there are 10 within 10 minutes, and within 30 minutes there are over 30 courses.
