This property is in a very nice and well looked after area. It has a large living/sleeping room with separate kitchen and bathroom. A comfortable double sofa bed and a single bed, wardrobes, armchairs, television, radio. Overlooking the communal pool and gardens, with sea views from the front terrace, from the back terrace you can see the lemon groves. It is ideal for holidaymakers and golfers. The nearest beach is La Zenia. However, there are lots of beaches to choose from for all tastes. Three Commercial centres are within walking distance with restaurants, bars and entertainment. We have a local park and also a canal path, which is ideal for walking or cycling. Torrevieja is the nearest town approx 5 kilometers. There is a local bus service from La Zenia. Places of interest to visit, Guadalest, Alicante, Cartegena, Benidorm to name a few. There are coach trips to various venues. By previous arrangement the owner can provide car service..

The property is in Los Dolses, near the Lemon Grove. We have 3 Golf courses. 4 Commercial centres, restaurants, bars, entertainment within walking distance. The nearest Market is in Playa Flamenca, 1 Km. The nearest beach is La Zenia 1 1/2 kms. The area is good for cycling and walkers along the canal road, which is a 2 minute walk from the property. Their are many lovely beach areas to choose from. Torrevieja is the nearest Town, which is 3 1/2 kms. A bus service leaves from La Zenia. Interesting places to visit are Guadalest, Terra Mitica, Cartegena, Jalon Valley, Lorca, Benidorm, Orihuela town.
