This beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa has been built in the traditional Mani style, constructed from local marble stone. It is situated in a very tranquil area boasting spectacular uninterrupted views across the olive groves down to the sea. Villa Salamadi is just off the main road between Stoupa and the village of Agios Nikolaos. Behind the villa you can enjoy the views of the famous Taygetos mountains. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. All rooms are fully air conditioned and offer ample space for storage and additional fold up beds if needed. On the ground floor, there are also 2 bathrooms, one shower room with w/c & basin, and the other has a bath with overhead shower, w/c & basin. On the first floor, there is a large lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and leads out via french doors onto the balcony. To the outside, there is a large swimming pool measuring 10m x 6m. The pool is furnished with marble tables, chairs, parasols, and sunbed.

DRIVING TIMES: Under 20 minutes: Kardamyli, dominated by the fortified complex of the Mourtzinoi-Troupakides which is home to the museum. 1 hour: Kalamata, the Peloponnese capital. 2 hours: The ruined Byzantine city of Mystras (Sparta). 2-3 hours: Monemvassia / Olympia. 3.5 hours: Nafplio, the first capital of modern Greece / The ancient theatre of Epidavros / Ancient Corinth and the Corinth Canal are all within a 3.5 hours drive.

The House Safety: The house is built with safety in mind, however due to the nature of rough materials used for building the walls and patio flooring, low height handrails and stepped terraces, any person should be responsible for his or her own safety and especially children safety if present as the owners are not liable for any trips, falls, and injuries or drowning. Particularly we draw to your attention the pool area, as the pool is 2.2m at the deepest end. Please note that all children and non swimmers are your sole responsibility and must be supervised by you at all times for their own safety as the owners are not liable for any accidents or negligence if you fail to adhere to our safety advice.
