From Lucca 20mins/ 14.5km Follow signs from Lucca walls to CAMAIORE After 4km pass through village of Monte San Quirico After another 3km pass through village of Capella, then Torre. Your reach the village of San Martino en Freddana Just after the SHELL garage turn RIGHT towards Pescaglia de Torchigliana after 1.5km turn RIGHT at the road chevrons (sign to Cerette) after 2mins/200m turn RIGHT up steep road 1 km with lots of bends! The FARMHOUSE is the first turn off to the right indicated by a sign - down a white small stone road for 350m. and for the VILLA continue up to parking area next to brick gate posts and an eagle on top of each.

There is also a beautiful farmhouse on the property that sleeps 8 check it out under 432340 if you have extra friends or family it is the perfect solution!
