This wonderful detached beach villa is situated inside a peaceful complex with superb manicured gardens and large shared pool. The property consists of a large, bright lounge/dining area with traditional fireplace. From the lounge there is direct access to the terrace (perfect for al fresco dining) which then leads to the private garden where you can look directly out to sea and hear the waves lapping against the shore. Also downstairs there is a w/c and a fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with King-size bed, built-in wardrobes and fantastic sea views and sounds. The second bedroom has twin single beds, built in wardrobes and fantastic sea views and sounds. The third bedroom has built in wardrobes, twin beds and again you can hear the sounds of the ocean from the window. There is also a full shower room with twin sinks and a washing machine.

This front line independent beach villa is in the quiet and exclusive beach side area of Marbesa, this superb villa has fantastic sea views and is the perfect location for a family beach holiday, with Marbesa beach with restaurant and historic fort practically on your doorstep. There are a selection of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, and a 24 hour supermarket within 1km. The lovely Marina of Cabopino is just a few minutes drive or a 15 minute walk along the beach, and Elviria with the famous Nikki Beach Resort is also just a few minutes drive in the other direction. The airport is just a 30 minute drive away, with Marbella and Puerto Banus both well within 20 minutes drive.

A car is not necessary though preferred for sightseeing, activities, shopping and a wider choice of restaurants. There are 3 supermarkets, 8 restaurants and a launderette within 1 km. There are 5 golf courses within a 5Km radius. The beach leads to Cabopino in 1 direction and Marbella the other where there are numerous chiringuitos along the way and various activity points for pedallos, kayaks and other activities for hire. Between December and late April/early May Skiing is available just 2 hours away in Sierra Nevada. Waterskiing and Wake boarding can be enjoyed from a number of ports and at Marbella Cable ski in San Pedro April to October. There is a restored Moorish tower next to the development and various historic points around Malaga including Roman remains. Granada with the famous Alhambra is 90 minutes away. Gibraltar is 1 hour away offering dolphin tours and those of the Rock. 20 minutes further is Tarifa famous for its historic wall and church and popular with windsurfers.
