Newly Developed 2 Bed Luxury Apartment (Completion August 09) right near Estepona Port. Furnished to high contemporary standard . The lounge has two Leather sofas with the one being a Sofa Bed. Dining area to seat 4 adults. There is also a Flat Screen TV and DVD. Master Bedroom has en-suite with Bath and Shower, their is also a second shower room with W.C. and Sink. Patio doors from both the Master Bedroom and the lounge leading onto the extra Large Sun Terrace with Sun Loungers and Table and Chairs to seat 6. Fully Fitted Kitchen with all appliances.. There is also a exclusive pool on site with a seperate child friendly Pool only available to Los Corales apartments , the key will be provided. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the port and approx 15 mins stroll to the Beach. Estepona is a perfect location for those who do not wish to drive as there is a selection of Bars, Restaurants and shops in the Old Town and the Port alll within walking distance.

Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner!

Location: The Port of Estepona is one of the most sought after locations for holiday makers when visiting Estepona. This is because most things are on your door step so it cuts down on your need to drive everywhere. The port offers shops, restaurants, bars, night life and a one of the best beaches in Estepona - all within easy reach of the apartment without the need to cross any busy main roads. For those wishing to explore then there are many places to visit throughout Andalusia. Including the famous Rock of Gibraltar, fabulous day, only 25 minute drive from the apartment where you can get great tax free duty free!!! A local map will be provided and all local restaurant and bar information in the apartment.

Tourist Attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places. Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Also Monte Mayor Golf and Country Club (www.montemayorgolf.laperlainternationalliving.com) with its exciting fairway winding through dramatic gullies, ravines and streams, offers a superb challenge to even the most experienced golfers.

This is a lovely property in Estepona. This is a brand new apartment so all furnishing are also new. It is well equipt and spacious with its 2 bathrooms. The owner Hayley and her husband provided excellent customer service. This is in a great location to access the beach, old town and port. We had a great stay at this apartment and we recommend to people who are looking to either relax by the lovely pool or enjoy Estepona. You really do not need a car. (3 supermarkets within very easy reach). All in all an excellent apartment in a great location with a lovely interior and balcony. Thanks hope to come back.
