On the upper level is the open living area with open beamed ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area, complete with a 42' LCD TV, fireplace (for winter), balcony with outdoor settings from which to enjoy the magical views of Nidri, the bay and the princess Islands.

This cosy neo-classical style villa is located just on the hillside of Nidri town above the small village of Paleokatouna. This quite and serene elevated location comes complete with beautiful views of Nidri town, Nydri - Vliho Bay and the princess islands and yet only a short drive from the coast, beaches and Nidri itself. LEFKADA With some of the most extraordinary sites in Europe, Lefkada is like no other Greek Island. NIDRI Set in a small bay on the east side of Lefkas Island, Nydri nestles at the foot of the pine clad mountains looking out over the 'princess islands' of the bay. This paradisical village of 2 thousand inhabitants is the most developed of the island's resorts. Rows of boats of all shapes and sizes tied along the waterfront running parallel with the tavernas, restaurants and cafes that line the harbour all the way along. Whilst the village’s main st lined with shops.
