To us this is a fantastic location - 25 minutes from the airport, 5 mins from a range of beautiful beaches (you can choose from: small;exclusive;quiet;large;family;busy) and 5 minutes from the large family resort of Santa Ponsa. Or, get away from the crowds and relax by the beautiful pools and gardens at the end of our covered terrace in this secure and private complex. Here, we are also 15 minutes away from the cosmopolitan city of Palma with its architecture, culture, designer shops and restaurants. To the west are the scenic Tramuntana mountains. You have many many options of how to best use your time here. Simply relax around the apartment or explore the vast range of leisure activties such as the Western Water Park, Pirates Adventure show, Aqualand, Jungle Parc, Nemo Submarine, Golf, Cycling, water sports and Golf Fantasia to name but a few. Additional information about rental rates

  • INCLUDED: The apartment will have been fully cleaned and prepared ready for your arrival with fresh bedlinen and bathroom towels. Also included is a small welcome pack on arrival. Our British property management company is based in Santa Ponsa and is on hand 24hrs a day to resolve any problems or queries quickly and efficiently. Prices quoted are for up to 4 people staying in the apartment per week. It includes electricity, air conditioning and heating.
  • EXCLUDED/EXTRAS:
    Prices quoted are for up to 4 people staying in the apartment. A supplement of £30 per person per booking is required for a 5th & 6th guest if applicable.
    Additional nights can be arranged on a pro rata basis depending on availability.
    Pool/Beach towels are not provided.
    There is a washing machine in the apartment, but if you require a change of linen & towels or the apartment cleaned during your stay, this can be arranged at extra cost depending on your requirements, please ask for details.
    A Travel cot can be hired at a cost of £25 per week (excluding cot linen) so please bring your own linen for this.
  • NOTES ON BOOKING:
    A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
    This deposit will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival. A security deposit of £250 is required which will be fully refundable when the keys are returned and our agents confirm that there is no damage or additional cleaning required in the apartment. Any damages or additional cleaning will be deducted from this deposit. Payment details will be sent to you when a booking has been confirmed. Keys and directions will be forwarded to you in good time prior to your departure.
    Arrival times are usually 4pm and departure by midday.
    Changeover day is flexible subject to availability.
    Long term winter lets may be possible, please enquire if interested.
    The apartment is strictly no smoking and no pets, thankyou.

All are finished in marble and stone with high spec fittings.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, ample wardrobe space, a low 'chair bed' suitable for a young person and ensuite shower room with wc. Both bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a chair bed or a cot bed or the chair beds could be accomodated in the large lounge area if preferred which also has 'blackout' curtains and a seperate but adjacent w.c.

Notes: One of the best things about our apartment is its position in the complex - It is an ideal distance from both the outdoor and indoor pools. You can sunbathe in the private garden or move back a few steps into the shade of the large covered terrace. When you need to cool off take 30 steps through the gardens and you are at the pool side. Its far enough away to be private and peaceful, yet so quick and handy. Another good feature is the underground car park. The remote control key gives access to the underground car park where you have your allocated car parking space. You can either use this or park in the spaces above ground, but parking underground keeps your car much cooler on a hot day. There is a lift from the car park to the ground floor (the apartment). Being on the ground floor and having the lift makes this apartment suitable for those that can't manage steps.

More on the immediate Location : Its a lovely 12 minute stroll down to the sea and marina at Port Adriano where you can enjoy a meal and watch the sunset at one of the many restaurants that overlook the marina. The 5 star Port Adriano Hotel is also situated here and this is another restaurant option we have.The hotel also provides spa and beauty treatments etc. Situated between the apartment and Port Adriano there are bus stops which go to Palma/Santa Ponsa and beyond. The Santa Ponsa Country Club which offers a restaurant, tennis, gym, spa, is also a 2 minute drive from the apartment. There is a superb cycle/walking/jogging path (its lined with trees & flowers, floodlit and about 5 yards wide) which starts at El Toro and goes past Magaluf, Palma Nova and all the way to Palma and beyond. The Complex is situated between Santa Ponsa 2 and 3 Golf Courses. These are restricted to members, but Santa Ponsa 1 is only a 3 minute drive. There are several golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

Food Shopping: There is a Spar supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, cafes and newsagent in El Toro which is right next to Port Adriano (2 minute drive). Larger Supermarkets can be found in Santa Ponsa which is a 5 minute drive away.

Travel from the Airport: We recommend our guests hire a car from the airport. Its a straightforward 20/25 minute drive following our simple directions/map - its all motorway up to Santa Ponsa. Alternatively, you can take a taxi which will cost approximately 40 Euros. The journey can also be done by bus which costs about 5 Euros per person, however, you have to change at the central bus station in Palma - it will take approximately an hour and a half though plus a 10 minute walk from the bus stop which is not ideal if its hot and you are have cases !
