One year old, single story villa set in Harbour View moments from Jolly Harbour. 2 King-size beds both with en suites, 2 twins, and family bathroom. Central a/c, with cable TV, and high-speed internet. Fully kitted kitchen with dish-washer, washing machine/drier and American sized fridge freezer Fully furnished with towels/lines provided, and a weekly maid service, which can be as frequent as daily if required. The property benefits from having its own pool and sundeck, with outside dining furniture, sun lounges, and barbecue. The nearest supermarket selling an extensive range of western food is a 5 minute walk, as are the facilities of Jolly Harbour. The nearest beach is a relaxing 10 minute walk. Sailing charters are available year round from Jolly harbour. You will be met on arrival at the airport at St. Johns, with transfers arranged to/from the villa, an approximate 25 minute minute journey by road, with a welcome pack waiting for you on arrival.
