Very spacious and well equipped 1st floor apartment sleeping up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and large lounge diner equipped with TV and DVD. Two bath/shower rooms. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. Use of heated swimming pool exclusive to the condominium. Situated at the entrance of Praia del Rey near the tennis centre with plenty of parking. Within easy walking distance of the clubhouse and the 5 star Marriot hotel which boasts a gym and spa. The beach is breathtaking and the golf course is superb. The area is also great for surfers and there are kids clubs in the summer for football and other activities. A shop is available on site and other larger shops can be found in the Serra de Rei, Obidos and Peniche, all within 15 minutes by car. Sorry, smoking only on balconies and no pets. Linen provided and recycling points are within easy reach and is encouraged.

A few miles for the historic town of Obidos and bordering sand-duned beaches, Praia del Rey is a 500 acre leisure complex set on the Silver Coast. Pretty fishing villages and vineyards and the Obidos lagoon are among the attractions. The unspoilt beaches and countryside are breathtaking. It is even possible to walk along the beach to Baleal - famous for surfing. With Porto to the north and Lisbon and the Algarve to the South this is a perfect spot to serve as a base for your journeys of discovery around Portugal.

For Golfers families: Not everyone plays golf so if you are travelling with a golfer the facilities at Praia del Rey are great for just relaxing and having fun. The 5 star Marriot hotel, within walking distance boasts a fantastic spa and gym and for an additional fee you can use the hotel faciliites and beach beds. There is a kids club in the summer for all sorts of activities like surfing, tennis and football. See Praia Del Rey website for information. Lisbon is about an hours drive away and the shopping there is pretty good too! There's the historic town of Obidos and vineyards to visit.

Golf: On site at Praia Del Rey is the challenging 18 hole championship golf course with stunning sea views. Nearby is Bom Successo and Golden eagle. A bit further but within 1.5 hour drive you will find courses near Cascais and Estoril and around Lisbon.
