Dos pisos de la casa. La casa había sido reconstruida conservando su encanto. La casa de Mantener los techos de madera, y hemos añadido nuevos detalles que lo hacen más cálido y confortable. Todos Estos cambios Crean un ambiente de lujo para la casa. En la planta baja tenemos una sala de ancho. La cocina Están cerca de la sala de estar con chimenea, Creando un ambiente cálido en las estaciones frías. En esta planta, se encuentra el dormitorio principal, con baño interior. De este cuarto de baño tiene jacuzzi. Hay otro baño y la sala de juegos con billar y juego de Dardos. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca con libros en Español e Inglés. Cerca de la sala de juegos hay una pequeña zona de la barbacoa. En el primer piso, tenemos una pequeña sala de lectura o descanso, y dos habitaciones dobles. Esta parte de la casa es como un ático con techos inclinados.

Sancti-Spiritus is a small village situated in the middle of 'Campo Charro'. That denomination is about the center fields of the province of Salamanca. It is the most known part of the province, known as 'La Dehesa'. It is a beautiful land, plenty of ranchings and holm oaks. Near the village you can find the touristic town called Ciudad Rodrigo, famous for its Carnival (bulls theme), or its international festival of theatre. About half an hour, there is Salamanca, university city, and with plenty touristic attractions. Finally, Portugal borders are only twenty minutes far from the house, if you want to visit another country.
