The house is located on Regal Oaks a fully managed resort, with office and tourist information centre. The resort is situated around a lake and adjoining a forested conservation area. The large tropical pool complex consist of 2 heated pools, 1 of which has beach entry, lazy river, waterfall, water slide, whirlpool and extensive sun bathing terraces. This is a luxury 4 bed 3 bath roomed, high ceiling air conditioned house. The ground floor comprises, fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge (TV, phone and internet access point) dining area, a large double bedroom (queen bed) a full bathroom and rear covered terrace and grassed area. Upstairs consist of Master bedroom (king bed, combination safe, phone and TV) with en-suite, two twin bedrooms, family bathroom and washer/dryer room. All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. All linen, furnishings and utensils (inc, Iron/board, hairdryer) are supplied. The front of the property has dedicated parking spaces for 2 vehicles.

This property is situated on a superior resort just behind Old Town, Kissimmee, just off Hwy 192 only three miles from Disney, with SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Wet N' Wild and Discovery Cove all within easy reach. Old Town consists of 75 Shops, 8 Restaurants and 18 thrilling rides with live nightly entertainment, and is walking distance from the complex. All major chain stores and restaurants can be found close by on H'way 192. Other attractions close by include Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa, Clearwater and Daytona beaches. Disney Celebration, 3 miles away, is a fabulous small community with fine dining, banks, cinema, many small shops and a post office. For shopping why not try one of the many discount malls located on or near International drive which starts 2 miles from the house. If you are a golfer you will be amazed at the choice of courses found locally. For a relaxing day away from the parks why not use the pool complex on site or stroll around Old Town.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To secure your rental dates, a non-refundable deposit of 10% (of the total holiday value) is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to your arrival and commencement of the rental use period. A security deposit of £250 is also payable at this time. This will be refunded in full, following a satisfactory end of rental inspection. Prices quoted are in GBP Sterling (£). Payment can be made by cheque (GBP £ Sterling), check ($ US Dollar) or by credit / debit card (in all currencies) via PayPal. The quoted rates are inclusive of electricity and water charges and all local taxes. Linen and towels (except swimming towels) are provided for your stay and are included in these rates. Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. For stays less than 7 nights there is an additional cleaning charge of £50. Discounts are available for stays greater than 15 nights - please contact the owner. Payments by credit card will incur a 3.5% fee.
  • Cancellations more than 10 weeks prior to the arrival will result in forfeiture of your 10% deposit. Cancellations within 5-10 weeks of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total cost and within 0-5 weeks of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total holiday cost. Our full 'Terms and Conditions of Booking' are available on request.
    Easter Holidays will incur a High Season rental fee rate.
    Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. Late check-out may be available but guest are required to check this with the management company on site.
    A digital door entry system is in place and the code will be given to you prior to your arrival.
  • Additional equipment such as cots, high chairs, strollers and BBQs are available at an extra charge, payable locally to my on-site management company. Management office hours are 9-5 Monday-Saturday. Please allow up to 24 hrs for delivery of these items.

  • The master bedroom (upstairs) is an en-suite comprising of bath with shower over, large wash basins and WC, as is the family bathroom. The downstairs cloakroom also comprises of a bath with shower, Wash basin and WC. This makes the logistics of getting off to the attractions or getting ready for a night out, that much easier. All bathrooms are equipped with towels and a starter pack including toilet tissue and soap.

  • This spacious accommodation comfortably sleeps 8 adults in comfort and privacy, should you need to sleep 10, the lounge is equipped with a full size sofa bed large enough to accommodate another 2 adults. For your convenience there are 2 master sites, on the first floor the master bedroom has a king size bed, while on the ground floor the master bedroom has a queen size bed (ideally suited to those with mobility difficulties) and a full bathroom. Connections are provided for game consoles, DVD players or cameras. Walk in wardrobes large enough for any stay are in each room along with a full range of quality furniture including lots of drawer space. All rooms have full air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Topical Pool Complex: There is a large lakeside, tropical pool complex on site, consisting of two heated pools, one with beach entry, lazy river, waterfall, water slide, whirlpool and Jacuzzi. Extensive sun terraces are to be found within the pool complex along with restrooms.

IMPORTANT NEWS: On-Site Management Team: Since April 2009, my home has been managed by a new on-site management team headed by Mr Wayne Gray. The team is tasked with the highest levels of customer service, looking after our guest and ensuring that you have a very enjoyable stay.
