Our Villa is on a Peace full executive community of Calabay parc, 30 min from Orlando International airport .Only minutes from Shops & Restaurants. A number of prestigious Golf Courses .Beautifully furnished the Villa is fully Air Conditioned .There are 2 en-suite bedrooms both with doors to pool areas..Every bedroom has its own TV.The villa has a large open plan lounge with patio doors looking out over the pool area . A large dinning room & fully equipped kitchen also includes a breakfast area and separate laundry room. The Games room Has a full Size Pool Table ,Table Tennis & Dart Board. The South Facing Extended Pool is fully screened including a covered area & is wonderful to sit & relax with uninterrupted views over a conservation Pine Forest. All doors leading to the pool have Child Alarms fitted . The 3rd & 4th Bedrooms share there own shower room to make it possible for 2 families to share the villa. The property has high speed wireless internet access.

Our villa is situated on the peaceful executive community of Calaby Parc. Off Junction 23 of Interstate 4 on Hwy. 27. Disney is 10 min. drive and 35 min. from Orlando International Airport. Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets are nearby plus a number of prestigious Golf Courses. The villa is fully air-conditioned has 2 en-suite bedrooms with doors to pool area. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, and share the third bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge making it easily possible for 2 families to share. There is a large separate Dining Room, fully equipped Kitchen, Breakfast area, Laundry Room and Games Room. The South facing pool is beautifully designed, fully screened with uninterrupted views over a Conservation Pine Forest, and features under watering lighting. All doors and windows leading to the Pool have child alarms fitted.
