This is a studio apartment which has all you need for an amazing sea side holiday. Spacious and light. Large double bedroom with good wardrobes and storage, flat screen television, bathroom with full suite and washing machine. The lounge is comfortable and opens onto the sunny balcony which looks directly onto the Atlantic Ocean and the Desertas Islands. The kitchen is small but houses all the requirements for the convenience of self-catering.

This apartment has one of the best positions on the Island. It is right on the South West coast of Funchal therefore in the heart of the cultural and tourist facilities. It overlooks directly onto the sea and the interest of the passing nautical traffic and where one can watch both the sun rise and the sun set. For those wishing the excitement of swimming there is right next door the swimming complex of Ponta Gorda where there is a good sized pool, childrens separate pool and sea access. There are always life guards on duty as well. There is a good restaurant for your needs and sun loungers for your relaxation. Just 10 minutes walk away is the shopping centre of the Forum where they is a supermarket which has most grocery requisites including good fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and meat. There are a good selection of shops and restaurants and even a full cinema with all the up to date films. From here one can walk on the new promenade to the beach of Praia Formosa.
