Locarno holiday apartment: Orselina

Comfortably equipped flat in well-kept, quiet house at a sunny slope above Locarno – the holiday residence Collina d’Oro is surrounded by palm trees and subtropical bushes in a quiet area in Orselina, 459 m above the sea level, above Locarno. It offers an incomparable view over the Lake Maggiore, the plane of Magodino, the Brissago islands and over the Mote Tamaro which is directly in front of the house. The comfortably equipped flat has got one big living and dining room, one bathroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom/toilet. In 2006 the flat was decorated with four stars by the Suisse Tourism Union. The living room has got a table and chairs in a corner, a glass cabinet, a dining table with four cushioned chairs, cable/TV and telephone. The beds in the bedroom have got “health-mattresses” and Nordic bed equipment. All furniture in the flat is made of massive oak wood. There is a 12 square meters sized balcony to the south side, with a marvellous view over the Lake Maggiore.
