The villa has a beautiful, Mediterranean flair, slight hillside situation, with a wonderful sea view. There is only 1,5 km to the beach and to the small, Italian bathing resort San Pietro in Bevagna. The villa is completely renovated in a simple, elegant Apulia style, and it is suitable for 4-5 people. It has 2 big bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom with bathing tub. From both bedrooms and from the living room, you have direct access to the terrace with sea view. The 4000 m² large property with old pine trees is fenced and it offers a garden terrace with sunny and shadowy places, as well as an outdoor shower. Private gateway and parking places are available.

The villa is located in the outskirts of the small bathing resort San Pietro in Bavegna, at the Ionic Sea, which belongs according to Greenpeace and ADAC to the cleanest Italian regions. This region is a vacation destination itself. There is no mass tourism yet, no multi-story buildings, and no travel businesses. However, there are wonderful, free, sandy beaches with dunes, which are covered with aromatic Macchia and which slope flatly into the sea. So, they are suitable for children as well.

Further more, you can make bike tours through the beautiful olive trees landscapes and along the seashore.

Trip destinations: There are cathedrals and the strongholds from the Hohenstaufen and Normann times, Castel del Monte, among others and magnificent baroque cities such as Lecce. The Trulli von Alberobello, Taranto with the archaeological museums, the cave di Castellana with its famous stalactites and stalagmites are also worth seeing. You can also visit Fasano, the biggest safari and amusement park in Europe. In the close neighbourhood, there is the most beautiful port called Porto Cesario with the sea biological institute and Grottaglie, the most famous ceramic town in Italy, with wonderful masterpieces.

Food and drinks: There is an exceptional, local cuisine. You can find numerous small restaurants and pizza restaurants, with tasteful, light cuisine, with very good wines, such as the Primitivo di Manduria and many delicious fish dishes. Apulia is the land of the olive tees and it offers, as a matter of fact one of the best olive oils in Italy.
