This beautifully situated property is close to the bastide village of Castelnau de Montmiral. If offers spacious living accommodation, an open plan lounge, dining room and 'den' and a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 offers private bath, separate shower, WC and bidet - and its own private 1st floor sun terrace Bedroom 2 offers private bath with shower over, WC and own direct access from outside Bedroom 3 offers private standalone shower and WC Bedroom 4 has the house toilet adjacent. Two lounges - a more formal lounge and 'the den' offer comfortable seating for 8-10 people. The dining table can seat 10 persons. CASTELNAU DE MONTMIRAL a picturesque 'Plus Beaux Village de France is located one hour from Toulouse and just 90 minutes from Carcassonne in the Languedoc and Rodez in the Aveyron. Air and road networks are excellent. The house is situated in the tiny hamlet of St Jerome (just 2 minutes by car from Castelnau de Montmiral), is surrounded by vineyards and fields whose crops alternate year by year and a sparkling lake.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the low season - a Euro 200 per week supplement will be payable for central heating and the provision of logs etc. It is not expected the heating will be needed during shoulder seasons, but if requested, it will be charged at the rate shown.
  • The full house rental is a minimum of 1 week (1 week will be charged Saturday to Saturday irrespective of the nights stayed in the house.

  • The owner would be pleased to cater, breakfast, lunch and/or dinner - and can offer a choice of menus using the freshest local ingredients. Its a great option not to have to worry about taking the car!

Notes: The living accommodation and bedrooms are all on one level there are no stairs to the bedrooms. There are two steps down to the den and dining room.
