The villa has been skilfully renovated and converted into four luxury apartments and a studio, one apartment being occupied by the owners who are on hand to look after you as much or as little as you like during your stay. The 3 apartments and studio are equipped to a high standard including the luxuries you would expect from a private home including air conditioning and dishwasher. The villa is detached and is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden offering the most spectacular views over the vineyard, olive grove and Lake Garda. Villa Ponticello is located in the heart of the countryside between the pretty villages of Manerba and Moniga del Garda. Various shops, bars and restaurants are only a short drive away from the villa and a pleasant 10 minutes walk takes you directly to the lake and beach. Besides, there is a fully equipped swimming pool with sunloungers, parasols and diving board.
