The villa is situated on the edge of a medieval village in the AOC Malepere wine region. An idyllic rural backwater yet only 4-7 km from all major facilities including shopping, autoroute and the 2 world Heritage sites at La Cite of Carcassonne & Canal Du Midi. 45km from the coast at Narbonne and 60km from the Pyrenees with the evocative Cathar Castles and outstanding scenery of the Aude Valley on the doorstep.
