This gorgeous 4 bedroom home is located on half an acre on a quiet residential street in a private location. The villa has a large floor plan with spacious kitchen, small dinette, living area with large TV, another lounge area and a separate dining area. The large master suite has Caribbean style furniture with a king size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a whirlpool bath and walk in shower. There is a second master suite with queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Both master suites have direct access to to the pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The home has a central stereo system with a CD player. The spacious screened pool area includes plenty of seating, a large outdoor dining table and a 30 foot pool. The villa is a short drive to shopping and restaurants and under a mile to beautiful Manasota Beach.

South of Sarasota on Florida’s West Coast lies unspoilt Manasota Key - a stretch of glorious coastline, blessed with the beautiful waters of Lemon Bay and the Gulf, with dazzling beaches, turquoise seas and vivid sunsets. There’s a wide variety of exotic plant and animal life. You will often see dolphins at play just off the beach and logger-head turtles on the beach. There are plenty of native birds; Osprey, Pelicans, Herons and Eagles. You can stroll along the beach to collect shells, take a relaxed dip in the sea and watch the sun go down. The small charming seaside town of Venice is just minutes away. Within a short drive are a multitude of great restaurants and shops. Tampa and Busch Gardens are just 90 minutes away. Orlando theme parks are 2 ½ hrs. This is a great unspoilt peaceful location but with access to all you need.
