Ground floor: Open plan living with fireplace, dining and kitchen. French windows giving onto terrace and garden. WC and wash basin. Utility area with washing machine. Door giving direct access to garage. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, each with a balcony. Sleeps 5 people. Full bathroom with bath/shower, WC and wash basin. Private enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue 1 car garage attached to the chalet with direct access into the chalet. Private parking outside for 2 - 3 cars. After snowfall roads are kept clear so accessible all year round. In winter snow tires are necessary.

The chalet is situated in the beautiful Val Ferret in the region of the Pays du Saint Bernard and in a village on the 'Tour de Mont Blanc'. It is a tranquil location surrounded by fields of wild flowers and tree covered mountains. View onto the Glacier de Saleinaz. Not far from the ski stations of Champex Lac and Verbier and 30 minutes to the Col du Grand Saint Bernard into Italy. The nearest ski slopes and cross country ski area are 8 Km away in La Fouly. Otherwise the area is ideal for hiking or just relaxing. Tennis, open air swimming pool and fishing are 11 Km away. Thermal baths at Saillon, 36 Km away. Other sporting activities for summer and winter in the nearby Pays du Saint Bernard.
