Set on a private road just off the main Esplanade, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location. Paignton Green and beach are literally 2 minutes away, as is the town centre. No. 2 is a ground floor apartment sleeping 3/5, with an allocated parking space to the rear.

Designated parking space. Entrance is gained via a swipe card through the gate, into the garden and then through a communal door to the downstairs apartment. A 2 minute walk to the beach and centre.
