A large three bedroom town house set over three floors with amazing views over Brixham Breakwater and across the bay from all rooms. The living area and bedrooms one and three have doors leading out to a balcony. It has a close proximity to the Blue Flag Breakwater Beach, Shoalstone open air sea water pool and Berry Head Country Park and Nature Reserve. The Marina and town centre are also close by giving you easy access to all the towns amenities and attractions. There is a communal garden to the rear of the house and the property also benefits from a parking space.

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.
