Set on a private road just off the main Esplanade, there is a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location. Paignton Green and beach are literally 2 minutes away, as is the town centre. No. 24 is a ground floor apartment sleeping 3/7.

The area offers great walks with spectacular sea views, around the picturesque harbour, around Roundham Head and Gardens, along to the cliff top walks leading down to Elbury Cove.
