Sunhill is a collection of luxury apartments near Goodrington Sands, one of Torbay’s Blue Flag beaches. This wide expanse of sand is ideal for children and watersports, or a pleasant evening stoll. The apartment is also near Youngs Park, Quaywest Water Park and the steam railway. Paignton, with its harbour, beach and town centre full of shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away. No. 5 has been decorated to a high standard in contemporary, neutral colours. Outside there is a decked area with a private entrance.
