Bude town and attractions
The centre of Bude has a selection of unique independent shops, a large supermarket and a modern indoor heated swimming pool.
There are also many other recreational activities available throughout the area including climbing, abseiling, coastal traversing, coasteering, windsurfing, kayaking canoeing and orienteering. That said, a must for any visit to the North Coast is enjoying walking on part of the South West Coast path. The dramatic and ever-changing coastline provides some spectacular scenery and breathtaking views that provide a camera opportunity from every angle.
Bude is also well-situated for some of Cornwall’s best attractions, such as Boscastle, Tintagel and The famous King Arthur's Castle and the picturesque village of Clovelly - all of which are definitely worth a visit.
Whilst there is plenty to occupy holiday makers in and around Bude, the more restless visitor can make Bude their base from which to explore Devon and Cornwall.
