Brook Cottage is a charming mews style cottage situated in a peaceful, rural part of Paignton surrounded by beautiful countryide. It is an ideal retreat for a couple. All laid out over one floor, the cottage has been finished beautifully with pine flooring throughout. It has a parking space for one car and a decked patio accessed from the living area where you can sit out and relax. Paignton and Goodrington beaches are just a short drive away as aremany of the attractions including the Zoo, Quaywest Water Parkand Youngs Park. The charming village of Stoke Gabriel is a short drive away and situated on a creek of the River Dart.
