A beautifully finished town house situated within 5-10 minutes level walking into the small fishing town of Bideford on the estuary of the River Torridge. The beaches of Instow and Westward Ho! are about a 10-15 minute drive away and provide plenty of opportunity for you to try your hand at surfing or simply relaxing. The property benefits from a rear garden and patio plus parking outside the property for one car.
