It is fitted with high quality furniture, lounge suite, leather back chairs and four seating dining table. Curtains and soft finishing. Lounge has a flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player with games console. Freemans Wharf is situated on the Plymouth side of the Tamar Estuary looking out towards Richmond Marine, Cremyll and Mount Edgcumbe. Nearby are three superb traditional English pubs serving real ales, quality food and local fish dishes. 200 yards from the property is the passenger ferry to Cremyll and Mount Edgcumbe which makes for a superb day out.

Plymouth is a City steeped in a vast and rich history, and has been shaped by the events of the past. It has been the home to Colonial Adventurers, is the place where the Pilgrim Fathers departed from, and due to its naval heritage, was a primary target for bombers during the Second World War. In the 1086 Doomsday book, the area was recorded as “sudtone” (south farm), and over the years the farmland evolved into a fishing port around Sutton Harbour. Since then Plymouth has grown into a cosmopolitan city where an extraodinary blend of modern city chic meets with this historic seafaring port. There are several places of interest including The Hoe, The Mayflower Steps and The Barbican. You can also expect to find all the modern attractions of a thriving city including great shopping, fine restaurants, excellent theatres and a vibrant night life. Although there are no beaches in Plymouth, there are many spectacular beaches within a short drive (Looe – East, Seaton, North Sands...).
