Granada is one of the two bedroomed properties within the Priory Cottages Mediterranean collection of town houses in a central location in Paignton with restaurants, shops and bars nearby. It is only a 100 yard walk across the green to the sandy beach and pier, and the Multiplex Cinema and a Wacky Warehouse indoor play area for the children. Granada has a first floor balcony with views towards the green and pier, allocated parking space outside and luxury fittings throughout.
