It benefits from a roof terrace plus a front and rear patio. The property is situated just a few minutes walk from the Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach, a crescent shaped white stretch of sand, ideal for family bathing and waterports. Falmouth has one of the finest natural harbours in the world and beholds a vibrant maritime history. With many attractions and amenities including the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. It has a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants and the Falmouth Art Gallery is one of the best in Cornwall. Just a short drive, or boat ride away, Conwalls capital, Truro also offers a large selection shops, restaurants and cafes.
