A ground floor apartment in a modern semi-detached property situated in a quiet location overlooking Cary Gardens and tennis courts and not far from Torquay centre. The property benefits from parking for two cars at the front of the property and an attractive outlook from the front decked area over the playing fields. Babbacombe village is close by with a good selection of shops,cafes, restaurants and bars. Babbacombe downs and the coast path are close by as are the pitch & putt, the Babbacombe Model Village and Kent's Cavern attractions. There is a cot, high chair and baby alarm provided for younger guests.
