A detached house situated within a 10-15 walk into Newquay town centre, The Gannel Estuary, Pentire Point and Fistral Beach. It has off-street parking for 3-4 cars. The property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and benefits from a garden with patio area plus a raised decked area perfect for alfresco dining. The whole house has been fitted with touch controlled architectural lighting system that enables mood lighting and colour change LEDs. Wifi is also available for guests who bring their own laptops.
