* A 2 bedroom bungalow, sleeps 4/6. * Just a few minutes walk from Fishcombe Beach and Battery Gardens. * Finished to a high standard throughout. * Large garden; perfect for summer barbecues. * Parking on driveway for 2/3 cars, plus garage for storage or parking. A newly refurbished detached bungalow that is the perfect 'get away from it all' peaceful retreat. It has been finished to a high standard with matching Oak furniture and wooden floors throughout. It is pleasantly located just a few minutes walk from Battery Gardens which overlook the Bay and Fishcombe Beach, and about a 10 minute walk to the harbour and town centre. Fishcombe Cove, Churston Cove, Elberry Cove and Broadsands Beach are all accessible from the coastal path from Battery Gardens. It benefits from a large private gardens and has plenty of parking on the driveway for 2/3 cars plus extra parking in the garage. Please note: Part of the garden is being re-seeded and cannot be used

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide varietyof activities taking place.
