* A 4 bedroom town house, sleeps 8. * A suntrap patio overlooking the harbour and marina. * Just a few minutes walk to the town and harbour. * Two living areas. Free parking permit for 7 night bookings during July and August. A spacious Victorian town house situated above Brixham's inner harbour and town centre which are just a few minutes walk away. The property is spread over four floors, each of which has wonderful harbour views. There is a rear suntrap patio situated off the dining room with garden furniture overlooking the harbour with the marina in the distance.

Brixham is a quaint fishing town and with its cafés, bars, shops and restaurants, including the fish restaurants serving the daily local catches, it’s no wonder this is a favourite destination for people of all ages. While fishing is Brixham’s main industry, it is also reinventing itself as an upmarket tourist resort, with quality food shops such as the Brixham Deli, cafés such as Number 11, and bars such as the Yard Arms. The focal point of the harbour gives the town a continental feel, especially in the summer, when you can sit outside and enjoy fish which has been caught that very morning. In September South Devon hosts a walking festival with a wide variety of activities taking place.
