To the rear of the property is the Gannel Estuary, which is a superb place for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching and horse riding. No.9 is a spacious and light penthouse apartment benefiting from a balcony with fantastic views overlooking Fistral Beach and the Pentire Headland. Newquay is a bustling harbour town, well known for its surfing beaches, shopping centre and excellent golf course.
