This charming villa is located on a hill of the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsula, on a large, private property planted with oleander, flowers, pine and olive trees. Its most striking feature are the two terraces, facing the sun-rise and sun-down respectively. Both have new tasteful garden furniture, when put together, provide seating for 10 people, if you should have a party. There are 3 twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with terrace views, and 2 bathrooms/WC, one with a shower, one with a bath. The new, fitted open-plan kitchen with marble work-tops is well-equipped and has a dining area for 6. The attractively decorated, large living-room has 3 french doors opening on to the even larger terrace with ample space for relaxing, enjoying meals and enjoying the amazing view over the bay. The electric awning is perfect for children to sit under and splash in the kiddy-pool provided. The private swimming pool, with sun-beds lights up at night.

Skiathos town, which is 7 km from the villa, offers many shops, cafés, a lively night life as well as several tavernas, the most excellent ones of which are listed in our 'Villa Guide Book', along with other useful information for a lovely vacation. The Island has sports activities for all tastes, from tennis to horseback-riding and all water sports. For hikers, there are the famous Kastro ruins, with the endless steps leading to the chapel that was used in the film 'Mama Mia', as well as well kept monasteries that sell home made oil and spirits. For boat lovers, there is charter sailing and boats to tour the island and visit neighboring Alonissos Island.

Additional information about rental rates

  • These fees include all utilities, taxes, WLAN-internet access, pool cleaning and servicing, weekly and final cleaning, weekly change of towels and linens free of charge, as well as a grocery welcome-package for your arrival day.
  • Reservation is confirmed and binding, once a 25% of the rental fee deposit is transfered, via bank wiring within 10 days of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
    The remaining 75% of the rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
    Cancellation must occur 6 weeks prior to booked arrival date.
    If cancellation occurs less than 6 weeks prior to booked arrival date, the full balance of the rental fee is due.
