A professional team takes care of the garden and the pool every week. People in charge of the property management speak German and are here to make you feel at home and have a wonderful stay.

There are several boat rentals in Cape Coral and Matlache, where you can rent motor boats in all different sizes. You do not need to hold a boat driver license. You can easily reach Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island off the coast of Cape Coral, or discover Cape Coral's 700 kilometers of canals or its numerous lakes. Our property management is pleased to help you with that. You can rent a boat and dock it on our properties just as you please.
