This gorgeous Orlando home was newly refurbished in Aug. 09. It has 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with ensuites), 3 bathrooms, private pool and spa, new propane BBQ, brand new games room (pool table, air hockey, electronic dartboard, and foosball), washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a high chair, play pen, and stroller provided. Fabulous location within minutes to the Outback, TGI Friday's, Carraba's, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Super Target, and Super Walmart. Many gift stores nearby. All new leather furnishings in the living room and kitchen as well as new bed and bath linens. This home is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Only 3.5 miles to Disney World but in a quiet, peaceful area. Beautiful landscaping and mature trees surround the property.

  • Pool heating is an additional charge of $175 a week. Please note our rental rates include all Taxes, the price you see is the price you pay, Pro-rata weekly bookings are available, minimum stay is 4 days. The villa can be booked from any day of the week and not just Saturday to Saturday. Prices are subject to availability and subject to review, once booked and deposit paid the weeks will be held and price fixed. Payments via Paypal will be charged at an extra 3.5%. Security deposit of $400 is required at time of booking. Any stay less than 7 days will be subject to a surcharge of $75.
