There is satellite TV and music centres in all bedrooms and lounge, with integrated hi-fidelity sound system in pool and other common areas. There is a large decked sun-bathing area overlooking the beach and rocks as well as a covered Thai style thatched Sala on the beachfront

There are 2 kitchens in the villa the internal one is fully fitted with a hob, fridge, microwave. The out door kitchen has a BBQ with a dining area. Villa is fully air-conditioned. Access to each villa is from it's own staircase leading to separate outdoor entrances for each bedroom and the living room/kitchen area, creating the ultimate in privacy. It is based over two floors. (floor plan available upon request). A large alfresco 'chill-out' area for use during the daytime with music and cinema projection facilities, and space for a cinema audience of more than 10 people. There is a large decked sun-bathing area overlooking the beach and rocks as well as a covered Thai style thatched Sala on the beachfront. Two Kayaks are kept at the villa. There is a slipway at the water’s edge.

Golf: Santiburi Golf Club is located a mile from the resort. This 18-hole course is considered one of the most challenging in Thailand with spectacular views of the ocean from its hilltop vantage points.

Activities: The wonderful environment beckons sea and sports lovers and the fantastic Ang Thong Marine Park right on the doorstep. Koh Samui has the gentlest pace, but it's jungles and beaches offer every activity. An excellent golf course is on your doorstep and an exhilarating array of sporting activities beckon, from snorkelling, scuba diving, sea - canoeing and fishing, to mountain biking and jungle trekking. Hidden coves and waterfalls are also dotted around the island, waiting for exploration.
