It is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Accommodation consist of a lounge connected with well equipped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and loaArrecids of hot water. Outside dining terrace with very stylish large table overlooking Canarian style garden with cacti and mature Palmtrees. There is a shared big pool and children pool in our complex but you will often have it for yourselves. It's just 6 minutes walk to the beautiful Los Pocillos beach. There is a large selection of shops and restaurants close by. You will love it here!

Nearest Airport: Arecifie - just 9 minutes from the airport by taxi at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Playa Blanca at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 600.0 Metres
Los Pocillos is a huge beach at the quiet end of Puerto del Carmen. It is however an excellent point to explore the island and all the attractions from North to South. A good bus service links the major points and the sea front walk extends all the way through Arrecife to Costa Teguise beyond. Our welcome book is a guide to all these attractions and the necessary medical and emergency services should you need them. However Lanzarote has a low crime rate as one of its benefits. The middle of the island around Peuto del Carmen has the Canary character which attracts visitors time and again. It was tastefully developed under the control of the then Chief Architect, Cesar Manrique. It has not been swamped by holiday complexes as have other towns. Arrecife, the capital, is only 10kms away, or 1.40E by bus every 20 minutes. There you have big stores and a thriving port as well as some interesting historical features.
