Set in its own half acre of land and gardens, with a citrus orchard and fig trees, offering tranquility and seclusion with sun all day. The property provides spectacular views of the north eastern end of the Sierra Tramontana mountain range out along to the Cabo Formentor. The interior is decorated in a simple warm rustic manner and is furnished with contemporary furniture and the odd Mallorcan antique, The house features a large exterior roofed terrace perfect for alfresco dinning with BBQ and adjacent swimming pool with roman steps. The property is ideally located for walking, cycling, horse riding and just plain relaxation. The old town of Pollensa, bay of Pollensa and Alcudia are all with a 10 minute drive. A wonderful house for an enjoyable quiet streets free holiday.
