A super secluded villa not overlooked and sheltered on 2 sides by mature trees. This villa is on the edge of the Park Natural and has fabulous views to the sea and mountains. It is an ideal retreat to relax and chill or a great base for walking and horse riding, exploring and entertaining. The white village of Competa with its bars, shops & restaurants is 10 minutes away and the beaches of Torrox 20 minutes. The Villa is set behind electric gates and is built on two levels, the upper level offering the main living area and terraces whilst downstairs is a second large lounge with floor to ceiling glass curtains, ideal for entertaining and watching the sunset. The swimming pool and more terracing with loungers and a Gas B-B-Q are on this lower level. The villa has all modern appliances needed for a totally self sufficient holiday, plus Satellite TV / DVD Radio/CD and Air Conditioning. The log burning fire is perfect for cosy winter nights. Welcome pack included.

Casa Ardilla (Squirrel House) is set on the edge of the Park Natural with views to the sea and the surrounding Sierra Almijera, views to die for. The picturesque white village of Competa is 10 minutes away with a good selection of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets and craft shops and not forgetting the weekly market. The beach is 20 minutes away on Torrox Costa, a long flat esplanade with a fine selection of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 miles east is the sea-side town of Nerja, well known for its famous caves. Casa Ardilla is the perfect base for a relaxing get away or a holiday walking or horse riding to explore this magical natural park.

  • Change over days are normally Saturdays but we are flexible and will try to accommodate all enquiries.
  • A basic welcome pack is included in the price but can be upgraded to your requirements at cost.
  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A damage/ breakage deposit of 150GBP is taken locally on arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
