Built in 2008, Villa Eaton is set in landscaped gardens with large sun terrace around the heated pool & two Pergolas giving plenty of shade. The Villa is fully furnished to a high standard incorporating two large bedrooms downstairs, one double & one twin, both with fitted wardrobes and separate bathroom. With windows to 3 aspects, the day time living areas are bright & airy, from the lounge with 2 leather settees, 42 inch Satellite TV, DVD & CD players, leading to the dining room & fully fitted luxury kitchen. The master bedroom is on the upper floor, plus further bathroom & sun lounge with patio doors leading to the furnished balcony. All rooms have air conditioning that convert to heat for the occasional cooler evening. Villa Eaton is situated some 15 minute walk from the centre of Peyia with its supermarkets etc.& many excellent tavernas & bars.The Villa enjoys spectacular sea & mountain views, with the beautiful sandy beach at Coral Bay 5 minutes drive away & Paphos town 15 mins.

Peyia is conveniently placed for all surrounding tourist attractions. Coral Bay, the best sandy beach in this part of the Island is just 5 minutes drive away & 15 minutes north is the Akamas Peninsular, famous for the turtle reserve at Lara Bay & the spectacular Akamas Gorge. Paphos with its unique blend of old & new shopping is around 10 minutes drive away featuring among other things more beaches, the Unesco World Heritage site, Tomb of the Kings, the Old Town & harbour with its mediaeval fort, many tavernas & bars & a superb Water Park. Travel inland, the famous Troodos mountains with Mount Olympus being the highest peak, contain many fascinating Monastries, attractive villages & wineries. There are three 18 hole golf courses all within 40 minutes drive, Aphrodites Hills, Secret Valley & Minthis Hills all of which offer a good challenge to all level of golfers. For the more adventurous Nicosia, the last divided city in Europe, is 90 minutes drive away & is well worth a days visit.

  • The water system is fitted with a water pump to give power showers. Hot water is provided by solar energy with the addition of an immersion heater for use during the cooler periods.

The downstairs back double bedroom has patio doors leading to the terrace & pool. The upper floor sun lounge could accomodate 2 extra people by using the double sofa bed. This room is also fitted with an air conditioning unit.

Notes: Due to the proximity of the pool to the house & also the depth of the 'shallow end' (circa 4 feet) we do not recommend the villa for extremely young chlidren unless under continual observation. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa, but responsible smoking in the garden is permissible. A water cooler is fitted in the kitchen with replacement bottles easily available from the local supermarkets at a very low price. Likewise the gas barbecue is available for your use & if it should run out during your stay, replacement cylinders are available locally. The key to the garden shed will be made available to you & contains 1 set of golf clubs, extra garden /beach chairs & various inflatables for your use in the pool. The property is wheelchair friendly as all living accommodation can be found on the ground floor and there are no steps into the property. We have details of a local company who rent all types of nursery equipment ie. pushchairs, cots, stairgates etc.

Extra facilities: The pool will be heated to 28/29 degrees during the cooler months of early & late summer, but we ask you to roll the pool cover over when not in use to prevent excessive heat loss. Cool box, beach/picnic chairs are available for your free use, as well as pool inflatables. Full simple directions of how to find Villa Eaton & local amenities will be provided.

All bath & beach towels are provided free of charge. If additional shade is required there is a large size parasol, with a mobile base which you will find on the sun terrace. Bed linen and towels will be changed on a weekly basis if required. The telephone no. of some English friends who manage the property for us will be given to you should you need extra help/assistance during your stay.

Long lets, particularly over the Winter months, would be welcome. Please contact us for special discounts etc. Car hire is easily available but we recommend you use one of the more well known companies that have offices at Paphos airport.

Golf: The three championship golf courses of Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley & Minthis Hills are all conveniently placed to Villa Eaton & welcome pay & play visitors. A full set of Dunlop graphite shaft clubs are available for your free use.
