The villa boasts stunning, unobstructed views over a vineyard to the West, mountains to the South and sea to the North, all of which can be enjoyed from 3 different terraces for 'al fresco' dining or just relaxing with a drink. Mature, landscaped walled garden all around the property making it very private. Fully fitted shaker style kitchen with all amenities, including cooker, washing machine, tumble direr, fridge/freezer, etc. Child friendly, relaxing and comfortable property - suitable for a fun, family holiday or a quiet romantic escape. The climate of Northern Cyprus makes this an ideal Summer or Winter sun destination. It is located 5 minutes from safe, clean, sandy beaches and 20 minutes from the centre of Kyrenia.

Location: Kyrenia Region in Cyprus

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Miles
Car: necessary
The amenities of the village of Alsancak are a 10-minute walk from the villa. There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Various beaches are within a 10-min drive including the luxurious Escape beach, Denizkizi beach with its delightful horse shoe bay and big mermaid pool (ideal for children). The famous St. Hilarion Castle is only a 20-25 min drive away. The old harbour of Kyrenia is a 20-min drive and a delightful place to sit and eat/drink. Over the border into Southern Cyprus (Nicosia) is only a 30-40 min drive. All around the main road into Kyrenia from the villa, are a wonderful assortment of restaurants, details of which you will find in the villa. Northern Cyprus is well-know for turtle-watching and there are various beaches where they hatch and make their journey down to the sea. For those wanting to venture a little further, there are wonderful beaches and scenery in the Karpas region to the East.

  • Low season for 4 persons is £500 per week;
    Low season for 6 persons is £600 per week;
    High season for 4 persons is ££750 per week;
    High season for 6 persons is £850 per week. Any extra person is £50 per week.
    50% deposit of total rental is required to secure the booking, paid either by cheque or bank transfer. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by e-mail. Balance required approx 8 weeks before departure. Breakage deposit of £100 payable with balance and returned one week after the end of your holiday. Cancellation charges: up to 8 weeks - deposit; Up to 55 to 29 days - 60% of total cost; up to 28 days - 100%.
  • Meet-and-greet taxi driver can be organised by owner from Ercan or Larnaca. Car hire can also be arranged and the car delivered to the villa.

The two single beds have waterproof covers on the mattresses in case of childrens' accidents! Plenty of space in fitted wardrobes in every bedroom. The master bedroom and the room with two single beds overlook the pool and have sliding patio doors to the garden. Air conditioners are in every bedroom. Plenty of sheets and towels are available, including pool towels. A safe is fitted to the floor in the master bedroom.
